A New addition to the DTL Family - Trimalco Cutters
We are pleased to announce that we are adding the Trimalco cutters to our range as replacements for the Fletcher Terry products. This range of products are being launched at FESPA 2010, the whole range is manufactured in the UK and are specifically designed for the large format Sign and Graphics markets. Trimalco intend prove that accuracy need not cost a fortune.

Reseller Agreement Signed with Josero For Triangle Inks
We are pleased to announce that we have signed a reseller agreement with Josero, the sole UK and Ireland distributor for Triangle inks, to cover the south west of England and Wales. The agreement covers the resale of the complete range of Triangle products - including solvent and UV curable inks - and a range of spare printer parts from tubing to printheads. Crystal Matt Textured PVC Laminate
Over the last few years a popular laminate has been the Crystal Finish PVC laminate from the Far East, sold under various names it has been successful product in the exhibition and other markets. DTL Supplies have now launched their own Crystal Matt finish, which, unlike the other products current offered to the market, is manufactured here in the UK. Available in all the popular widths and in 100m roll lengths, our Crystal Textured PVC Laminate is available with our outdoor aqueous adhesive. Triangle Bio Inks Added To Our Range
We have now added the Bio ink range from Triangle to our ink offerings. Available in cartridge and bulk bottles, the inks offer colour gamuts that match the OEM solvent inks, without the solvent smell associated with solvent inks. Printable Gloss White Vinyl available now
We are pleased to announce the arrival of two new products to compliment our printable films range. We are now supplying solvent & eco-solvent printable 100micron gloss white vinyl with either a clear or grey adhesive on the reverse. Both products are available in 1370mm x 50m rolls. UV Curable Inks Added To Our Range
Following on from the successful launch of Triangle's range of solvent and eco-solvent inks, we have added their UV curable inks for a variety of UV wide format printers to our range as well. Just like the solvent inks, the UV ink sets are colour matched to OEM supplied ink sets so customers are able to use their current colour profiles without seeing any differences to the images produced. These inks are 100% solids, ultraviolet light resistant pigmented ink that is applied to various media using a UV inkjet printer (see below for models). Three years investment in research and development by IDI on their UV curable line of products has proven that it is convincingly better than other brands previously used in the industry.

The two costs you have little control over are your ink costs and your printer maintenance costs. Printer manufacturers are quick to imply that using any third party ink will render your maintenance contract invalid and possibly damage your printer. This is a powerful and convincing argument because, in most businesses, if the printer breaks down the business grinds to a costly and stressful halt. Companies selling printers make handsome ongoing profits on the sale of inks and service contracts and so will obviously suggest that changing anything leads to potential disaster. Pyramid's Environmental Choices Range
We are always looking for products that will compliment our existing range and will allow our customers to be able to offer new options to their customers. This is why we have reached an agreement with Pyramid Display Materials in Manchester to allow us to offer their Environmental Choices range of materials. They have tried to keep it as simple as possible and actually provide you with choices to help you decide what products you would like to use. Within this range they have compiled a wide group of products that are used every day in POS, retail and signage sectors. The Environmental Choices range seeks to share information on the detail of a product’s make up, what is inside it, what applications it should be considered for use with, can it be reprocessed, what alternatives are available. Each product is grouped within a family of others made from the same base compounds also to show the thickness and effects that can be achieved. They have also had printed a common image on each. You could say ‘Why haven’t you shown different images?’ Their thinking here is to show you the difference in the same image say printed on paper, board, PVC or fluted. Printer Breakdown Cover Launched
Our aim is to provide the sign, graphics, picture framing and photographic industries with products that will provide you with both excellent quality but also value for money. Now alongside the introduction of the Triangle solvent Inks, we are able to offer service contracts for the majority of the wide format, grand format and flatbed printers. Our maintenance contract provides cover for all mechanical, electronic and electrical equipment component breakdown. The contract covers the full cost of repairs or adjustments for component or components breakdown, failure or burning including all labour costs, parts or components costs and travelling costs.
The contract pricing is based on a 12 month period, which means you can budget for the entire year. There are no hidden surprises, no increases or extra lump sums to be paid during the period of the Contract cover. Our contracts offer peace of mind, just call DTL Supplies to arrange your repairs and they will be completed as soon as possible so you can meet your own customers'deadlines.

Triangle Inks - Solvent & Eco Solvent cartridges or Bulk systems
We are pleased to add Triangle's range of solvent and eco-solvent inks to add product range. Triangle are a large American manufacturer of high quality inks that are used throughout the world. The ink sets are colour matched to OEM supplied ink sets so customers are able to use their current colour profiles without seeing any differences to the images produced. Either four or six colour sets are available, as well as individual cartridges. Cartridges and bulk feed systems are available for Mimaki, Seiko, HP, Roland and Mutoh solvent printers. Triangle also offer common replacement parts (at a significant saving over OEM) for many of the printers that it manufactures ink for.
