Rapidmount

The Rapidmount laminator is designed to be simple to operate whilst producing work to the highest standard and is fully compatible with our range of pressure sensitive adhesives and laminates. The small size of the machine means that it can be easily moved if space is a problem whilst the 26" (660mm) working width will allow you to finish 24" x 36" prints (and larger)!

Easymount Range

With advanced features and a new design, the Easymount is capable of delivering premium quality results for graphics and signage materials. With 6 models to choose from , starting at 720mm up to 1800mm, all models can competently produce highly efficient output. Many features have been enhanced on the wider models to include additional mandrel holders and a larger swing out feed tray and safety guard for easier material loading. The 1200, 1400 & 1600 models now run 50% faster (up to 3m/min), pressure gauges on the rollers give an even pressure every time. Width markings have been added to the metal mandrels to give precise film loading.

Easymount SH Range

The new Easymount SH combines style with functionality. The design has been enhanced and features added to ensure this range sets new standards of excellence. The range now features additional mandrel holders and a swingout feed tray for easier material loading. Speed across the range is up to 3m/min with a heated top roller enabling hot or cold laminating, pressure gauge on the rollers, adjustable on the machine to ensure perfect pressure every time.

Easymount DH Range

With advanced features and a new design the Easymount DH is capable of delivering premium quality results for graphics and signage materials. With 2 models to choose from , the 1180mm and 1650mm, both models can competently produce highly efficient output up to 3.9m/min. Many features have been enhanced on the wider models to include additional mandrel holders and a larger feed table for easier material loading.

Easymount DHW Range

The Easymount DHW combines style with functionality, this professional system is simple yet efficient. The EM-1600DHW has heated rollers with a maximum temperature of 130 Deg C. The rollers can be independently heated or both heated to use heat activated films. Many features have been enhanced on the wider models to include additional mandrel holders and a larger feed table for easier material loading.

Matrix 530

The Matrix 530 is a totally new single sided laminator with a built in separator system. By investing in the Matrix 530 you will maximise performance and profitability by taking advantage of the quick set up time and high speed performance. Features include semiautomatic feed with separator allowing work to come off finished and ready for guillotine. Side lays ensure prints are fed perfectly with auto sheet register and overlap system via front guards. A superb investment for all printers. With no set-up charges you can keep your lamination work in-house and truly laminate on demand up to a maximum of 7 metres per minute. The Matrix 530 is designed for up to SRA2 size prints and is suitable for traditional offset and digital sheets.
