70μ Satin PVC Laminate

Clear satin PVC film, coated one side with a highly oxidation, UV and blanch resistant pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. The PVC film produces a ‘satin’ or ‘lustre’ finish to enhance the contrast of an image, whilst reducing glare. This adhesive is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications and is laminated with a 72gsm PE coated siliconised release liner.

70μ Gloss PVC Laminate

Clear Gloss PVC Film, coated one side with a highly oxidation, UV and blanch resistant pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. The PVC film produces a ‘glossy’ finish to enhance the image when a vibrant look is required. This adhesive is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications and is laminated with a 72gsm PE coated siliconised release liner.

80μ Crystal Matt Textured Laminate

Textured Matt PVC film, coated one one side with a highly oxidation, UV and blanch resistant pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. The PVC film produces a 'scuff resistant' finish to protect the surface of the image. It is ideal for roller banner stands due to the thickness of the film to fit into the tightest of cassettes. The adhesive is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications and is laminated with a 72gsm PE coated siliconised release liner.

125μ Sand Textured Laminate

Clear sand textured PVC film, coated one side with a highly oxidation, UV and blanch resistant pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. The PVC film produces a ‘scuff resistant’ finish to protect the surface of an image. It is ideal for pop-up and banner stands and can be used as an anti-slip laminate for floor graphics. The adhesive is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications and is laminated with a 72gsm PE coated siliconised release liner. This laminate has been tested in accordance with the specification BS6677: Part 1: 1986 for the measurement of floor slip resistance, giving extremely low potential for slip when dry and low potential when the sand textured film is wet.

50μ Gloss OPP Laminate

Gloss Clear OPP Film, coated one side with a highly oxidation, UV and blanch resistant pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. The OPP film produces a ‘glossy’ finish to enhance the image when a vibrant look is required. This adhesive is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications and is laminated with a 72gsm PE coated siliconised release liner. This laminate can also been used for dry wipe or anti graffiti applications.

36μ Anti-Graffiti Laminate

36μ ultra clear polyester laminate with a permanent solvent acrylic adhesive. This product can also be used to over laminate micro perforated window films that are applied to flat glass. Our laminate is highly resistant to UV and is treated to give excellent anti-graffiti performance with 7 year outdoor life.

Madico 50μ Ultra Clear Scratch Resistant Laminate

01-136L is a 50μ scratch resistant ultra-clear polyester overlaminate offering excellent optical clarity and dimensional stability combined with good solvent, humidity, elevated temperature and UV resistance. 01-136L is coated with an ultra clear high performance acrylic adhesive which has excellent adhesion to a broad range of substrates.
